Little Big Adventure mobile version review
By elmuerte at 2014-03-26 23:00

The people from DotEmu were kind enough to provide me with a review copy of the now available mobile version of Little Big Adventure. LBA is available for both Android (Google Play, Amazon Appstore) and iOS. This review is based on the iOS version which I played on an iPhone 5. Given the fact that this site is dedicated to LBA I will not go into reviewing the game design, we already know it is an excellent game. This review will only discuss the differences between the original game, and the mobile version.

Yes, its true, you can have LBA1 always with you in your pocket and what you need its what this thread will guide you.

I won't put any download links in this guide but all tools can be easily found in the Internet. Zapper could be a bit difficult so, if you had some problems, drop me a message.

You will need a PSP (PlayStation Portable) and PSOne/PSX version of LBA1.

LBA1/2 DOSBox Guide

If LbaWin can't work for you, and even FunnyFrog's patches don't work for you, or if you're using Linux or Mac OS anyway, and you almost gave up playing LBA...
Don't give up! With this guide (and with a strong computer) you will get LBA1 and LBA2 to work.

DOSBox is the best DOS emulator available, it can emulate DOS on any operation system. It is still on a beta stage, but it can already run LBA1 and LBA2 pretty smoothly.

Gamespot is one of the larger online game magazines. One of their signature features is the so called TenSpot. It's a list of the top 10 best entries of a certain subject, not always in order. The LBA games have been featured in a couple of these TenStops.
